The architectural composition of the residential complex unfolds in an ascending rhythm — from a compact tower with a distinctive green facade to dominant volumes that establish a dynamic urban rhythm. The smaller tower serves not only as the opening note of the ensemble but also as a key chromatic accent within the overall concept.

The three towers rise from an open three-story podium that accommodates commercial and public functions. Arched openings integrated into the podium’s cladding echo the sculptural language of the smaller tower, reinforcing the unity of the design and enhancing the visual connections between the elements of the complex.
