This club-format residential building is designed with particular attention to the historical context of central Moscow and the architectural character of the surrounding neighborhoods. The new structure respects the established urban scale and integrates delicately into the existing fabric, honoring the legacy of the place.

The core idea of the project is to restore the architectural integrity of a previously disrupted urban frontage and to create a distinctive corner landmark at the intersection of two side streets. Thanks to the sculptural quality of the volume and carefully refined proportions, the building serves as an accent — assertive, yet not intrusive.

The architecture harmoniously integrates with its surroundings, reinstating the lost rhythm and scale of the district, while also adding new value to a previously underutilized site. The project simultaneously continues the story of the place and opens a new chapter in its evolution.
